Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These are the child safety standards for Pillar: Indian AI Girlfriend, the Android app published on Google Play by the developer Incline (package com.incline.pillar), and for this website, pillarapp.site. Together they are called "Pillar" below.
Pillar has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to every part of the service: chats, voice notes, voice calls, photos, characters and accounts.
1. Pillar is for adults only
- You must be 18 or older to use Pillar. This is a condition of our Terms & Conditions.
- Every Pillar AI girlfriend is an adult character. No character is, or may be presented as, under 18.
- If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
2. What is prohibited
On Pillar, no one may create, request, share, store or promote:
- Child sexual abuse material of any kind: real, drawn, edited or AI-generated images, video, audio or text.
- Sexual or romantic content, roleplay or "age play" involving anyone under 18, or any character described as a minor or as childlike.
- Requests asking an AI girlfriend to act, look or speak as a minor.
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to contact, meet or exploit a child.
- Content that sexualises, normalises or encourages the abuse of children.
- Trafficking of children or any links, contacts or instructions for finding CSAM.
3. How we prevent it
- Pillar's safety system watches for conversations involving minors. When it detects one, the AI girlfriend stops responding and the conversation is flagged to the Pillar team for review.
- Photos sent by AI girlfriends depict adult characters only. Requests for images of minors are refused.
- Attempts to get around these rules (for example, "jailbreaking" a character into childlike roleplay) are treated as violations.
4. What happens when the rules are broken
- We remove the content as soon as we know about it.
- We permanently ban the account.
- We keep the records the law requires us to keep, and share them only with the authorities.
- We report it to the authorities, as described below.
5. Reporting to the authorities
Pillar complies with the child safety laws that apply to it, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- In India, we report child sexual abuse material and child exploitation to the police and through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).
- Where a case involves another country, we report to the relevant authority there, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States.
6. How to report a concern
Anyone can report a child safety concern about Pillar. You do not need an account.
- Inside the app: use the help and support option in the Pillar app to send us a report without leaving the app.
- By email: write to getinclined@gmail.com with "Child safety" in the subject. Child safety reports are read first and acted on as a priority.
Please do not attach or forward illegal images. Describe what you saw and where, and we will investigate.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first: dial 112 in India, or call the Childline helpline on 1098.
7. Child safety contact
Pillar has a designated child safety point of contact who handles reports and speaks with app stores and authorities about our child safety practices. Reach them at getinclined@gmail.com.
8. Changes
We review these standards as Pillar changes and update this page when they do.
